- Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive confirmation of payment, and your name, email and phone number.
- Basic usage data: such as pages visited, collected through standard website tools, to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To send the free guide and the products you buy
- To reply to your enquiries and to fix 1:1 session times
- To send you emails about TheInvisibleArc, which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
- To keep records of payments as required by law
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We use trusted services to run the business, such as MailerLite (email), Razorpay (payments), Google (file delivery) and our website host. They process data only to provide their service.
Sensitive information
Our enquiry form invites you to describe your situation. Please share only what you are comfortable with. We use it only to reply to you and to shape your session, and we do not publish it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or stop emails at any time, by writing to theinvisiblearc@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our content is meant for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
