Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products (ebooks, trackers)

These are delivered instantly after payment, so they cannot be refunded once delivered. If the file does not open, or the wrong file was delivered, write to theinvisiblearc@gmail.com within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.

1:1 sessions

• Rescheduling: message us at least 12 hours before your session and we will fix another time.
• If we cancel: you get a new time or a full refund.
• Missed sessions: a session missed without notice cannot be refunded.
• Before a time is fixed: if you change your mind before we have fixed a time, write to us and we will refund you.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. They usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice, or money is deducted but you receive nothing, write to us with your payment details and we will sort it out.
